Q: What is Wellness Nation?

 

A: Wellness Nation is my secure and HIPPA compliant web portal. Unlike most apps or public websites, everything is kept completely private and confidential. 

 

Q: How do I access Wellness Nation?

 

A: If you are a first-time user, click Register Now. If you have already established an account in Wellness Nation, click Login. 

 

Q: Can I access Wellness Nation without a membership?

 

A: No. Only clients who have signed up for a month-to-month, 3, 6, or 12-month membership have access to Wellness Nation. 

 

Q: Can you describe some examples of your tools I can use in Wellness Nation?

 

A: There are all exciting sorts of tools and resources available in Wellness Nation, ranging from an in-depth Health Risk Assessment to various trackers and goal setting tools. There are even individual and team challenges to help keep you motivated along the way. The Letter to Me tool allows you to document your commitment to yourself and then have that letter sent to yourself (and others, if you desire) at a date you select. My electronic calendar allows you to schedule coaching sessions to fit conveniently with your schedule and avoid numerous phone calls and/or emails.

 

Q: What are individual and group challenges?

 

A: Have you ever heard of the show on NBC The Biggest Loser? Like that, only not just for weight-loss. I have numerous contests and challenges you can join, such as Habit your Way, Fruits & Veggies, and Choose to Snooze. 

 

Q: What is a Health Risk Assessment (HRA)?

A: A Health Risk Assessment (frequently referred to as an HRA) is a questionnaire used to provide clients with an evaluation of their health risks and quality of life. 

 

Q: What memberships do you provide?

A: There are several different membership options. Clients can choose from 3, 6 or 12-month memberships, or do month-to-month. 

 

Q: Can you describe a one-time session?

A: A one-time coaching session includes a 20-30 minute initial consultation and goal setting/planning thingy ?????

 

Q: I signed up for a membership. What next?

Q: Can I change my membership package?

A: You can upgrade or downgrade your membership package at any time. 

 

Q: What payments do you accept? Are they recurring or one time?

A: I accept PayPal. Payments are recurring if you are in a membership package and one-time if you only session. 

 

Q: Are sessions over-the-phone or in person?

 

A: Most clients prefer over-the-phone, however, sessions can also be in-person. 

 

Q: How do I schedule a session?

 

A: If you have a membership package, you can schedule through my convenient electronic calendar on Wellness Nation.  

 

Q: How long is a coaching session?

 

A: A typical coaching session is 20-30 minutes long.
